Investing in Real State

Spain is a very attractive pole for Real State investors.  Real state dropped in 2013 which led to incredibly inexpensive property prices for foreigners.

There are several attractive places where to invest in Spain.

The first on this ranquing is Catalonia. Along the coast (where is still posible to find propierties at a reasonble price), last year, La Costa Brava saw a significant escalation in sales volumes compared to 2016.

Barcelona, the capital of Catalonia,  is still among the top cities in Spain. This beautiful city of the mediterranean coast , is one of the fastest-growing scenes in Europe.

It is one of the most visited cities of the Meditarranean, and the fact that its growth is limited (there is not much space for new construction), this offers a better chance for continuous rentals.

Madrid, the capital,  has implemented  an agile and flexible system for obtaining licenses related to construction work and opening businesess and has also eliminated all special licenses that were previously required to develop large comercial áreas.

Other interesting places in Spain, are Andalusia, where Seville and Malaga are expected to grow in property sales in 2018, as Seville was named the best European city to visit on 2018 by Lonely Planet, and Malaga was nominated the best place to live in Spain in 2014.

Also Almeria city is a an attractive place to invest. Prices there are half of the cost of Spain. It’s a very pretty and old city and very close to amazing coastal sites like Cabo de Gata.

On the north of Spain, in the Basque Country, we found two of the most beautiful and prosperous cities of the whole state. Bilbao it has suffered an amazing renewal during the past ten years, It turned from a grey city to a beautiful place to live and San Sebastian , though it is one of the most expenxive cities in Spain, it has a flourishing restaurant and tourist sector. It is beyond any doubt a must if you decide to visit the Basque Country!

Tenerife, one of the capitals of the Canary Islands, has also seen price increases in 2017. Tourism on the island has been growing for many years and returns on rental property are high.
